Cider Keg Fermenter (2 GAL):
Each Keg will hold 2 gallons of delicious hard cider with each batch, and is completely reusable. It's lightweight and shatter resistant, made from FDA compliant plastic, which imparts no taste or flavor migration. The wide mouth allows for easy cleaning.



Hard Cider Brew Pack:
This is our most basic and economical hard cider recipe available today. Refill includes a traditional hard cider mix, dry cider brewing yeast and One-Step™ sanitizing cleanser.

Alcohol Content of this basic refill is 3.0%. All brew packs come complete with everything needed to brew 2 gallons of great tasting hard cider.



Reusable Plastic 1-Liter Bottles:
Each kit includes eight reusable plastic Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles, complete with screw caps and labels. These bottles are designed to hold carbonated beverages and are FDA approved to hold food & beverage.

Alcohol Content:
The basic mix will provide a hard cider with an alcohol content of 3.0% ABV.

Bottle Conditioned Hard Cider:
MR.BEER® mixes are designed specifically to be carbonated in the bottle. Hard Cider that carbonate naturally in the bottle tend to have better head retention, clarity and sparkle. With your new MR.BEER® kit, no industrial CO2 cartridges are needed to provide pressure.
